Description
The role focuses on improving the stability, scrap rate, and efficiency of coating-related processes, while supporting process follow-up and confirmation during new project introduction. It requires strong knowledge of leather manufacturing processes such as cutting, IMG, sewing, hot pressing, cold pressing, edge binding, and vacuum adsorption molding, along with the ability to develop and optimize patterns, train factory operators, optimize processes for base materials like leather, fabric, foam, and glue, and lead process documentation, tooling/equipment definitions, supplier technical coordination, and continuous improvement initiatives within company and industry standards.
