Description
The role performs industrial surface preparation and coating work, including sandblasting, arc spray, paint mixing, and application of primers, intermediate, and finish coats. Responsibilities also include inspecting surfaces, maintaining equipment, documenting quality records, following safety and environmental procedures, and supporting continuous improvement. The position requires a high school diploma or GED, mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, teamwork, and the ability to work in an industrial environment; prior coating, sandblasting, or manufacturing experience is preferred but not always required.
