The Coating Specialist Assistant supports vehicle-outfitting production by hanging and removing components from the permanent feed system, maintaining order and cleanliness, performing quality control and mechanical coating-thickness measurements, working independently according to cycle time, conducting visual inspections, and reading drawings. The role requires good German, technical understanding, physical resilience, and good eyesight; production-line experience is desirable.
