SimpleXX is seeking a Coating Technician for Airbus at its Bremen site through temporary staff leasing, with an option for permanent employment. The role involves coating surfaces, sealing components, cleaning and activating surfaces, repairing defects, checking work orders and piece counts, loading and unloading components, setting up workstations, and preparing tools and work instructions. Applicants need a vocational qualification in vehicle paint finishing or a comparable qualification, professional painting experience, teamwork and independent work skills, advanced German and basic English, and familiarity with listed aerospace software tools. The arrangement offers an indefinite employment contract, client takeover opportunities, above-tariff compensation, bonuses, a 35-hour workweek, and the possibility of working from home by agreement.
