SimpleXX GmbH is hiring a Coating Technician / Painter for AIRBUS Aerostructures at the Varel site on a temporary basis with an option of permanent takeover. The role involves aircraft repair work focused on final painting, aircraft preparation, surface cleaning and activation, color matching, painting with paints, adhesives, conservation wax, or sealing compounds, and rectifying work errors and customer complaints. Candidates need completed vocational training in vehicle coating painting or a comparable qualification, manufacturing or production experience as a painter or coatings worker, German and basic English skills, and willingness to work shifts, weekends, and overtime.
