L3Harris is hiring a Coating Technician for a weekend shift in Toronto, Ontario. The role manufactures optical thin films for the WESCAM MX-series product line, inspects and loads coating chambers, troubleshoots optical components, documents maintenance and test results, and collaborates with operations and engineering teams. The position requires optical and mechanical drawing interpretation, vacuum-chamber knowledge, troubleshooting, quality attention, and the ability to operate coating and related equipment; a high school diploma or equivalent and relevant experience are required, with prior ISO 9000/AS9100 and Lean Manufacturing experience preferred. The pay range is $27 per hour in Ontario, Canada.
