Description

The Coatings Operator loads, unloads, and prepares parts for an automated powder-coating paint line. Responsibilities include loading and unloading the line, hanging and removing hooks, building and preparing panel skids, prepping foam, mixing touch-up paint, visual inspections, and performing preventive maintenance and 6S duties. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, the ability to safely operate and obtain certification for a forklift, problem-solving and teamwork skills, accuracy, and the ability to work in a physically demanding environment with moving mechanical parts, fumes, and temperature extremes.
