The Coatings Operator loads, unloads, and prepares parts for an automated powder-coating paint line. Responsibilities include loading and unloading the line, hanging and removing hooks, building and preparing panel skids, mixing touch-up paint, visual inspection, and performing preventive maintenance and 6S duties. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, the ability to safely operate and obtain certification for a forklift, teamwork, accuracy, and the ability to work additional hours.
