Description
The role operates and troubleshoots paint, wastewater, RO, boiler, and e-coat systems; collects and analyzes samples; adjusts process parameters; monitors pressures and flows; maintains equipment and laboratory tools; and records process data. It requires a high school diploma, 3–5 years of manufacturing experience, and 3–5 years in a technical role involving hard coating, painting, vacuum metalizing, or vacuum plasma processing.
