CITECH is hiring a COBOL Developer Analyst to support critical payment-system and payment-processing mainframe applications. The role covers requirements analysis, impact analysis, functional and technical specifications, COBOL development, unit testing, qualification, integration and regression testing, functional acceptance testing, production monitoring, batch-processing anomaly handling, and incident resolution. Candidates need significant mainframe and COBOL analysis and development experience, preferably in banking, financial, or payment-processing environments, along with proficiency in COBOL, IBM Mainframe/z/OS, DB2, JCL, batch processing, and mainframe source-code or job-stream management tools. Fluent English and strong analytical and service orientation are required. The position is based in Strasbourg and offers a gross annual salary of €35,000–€50,000.
