Description
The Mainframe COBOL Developer will work in the Minnesota office on low- to moderately complex technology initiatives, including installation, upgrades, deployment, design, coding, testing, debugging, documentation, and service-quality improvements. The role requires solid COBOL programming, mainframe experience, and the ability to train junior technicians, with exposure to VSAM, CICS, ServiceNow, and DB2 preferred. Candidates need four years of software engineering experience or equivalent experience, training, military experience, or education, plus four years of COBOL and mainframe programming experience and one year of basic Assembler understanding.
