Description
COBS Bread is hiring a full-time Baker to work in a retail bakery, baking fresh bread and treats from scratch, following recipes and production schedules, measuring and mixing ingredients, shaping dough, and processing products through ovens. The role requires at least one year of baking or commercial kitchen experience, physical ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 pounds, and work independently or as part of a small team. Schedules include morning and overnight shifts, weekends, holidays, and early shifts as early as 2 a.m., with pay of $20–$24 per hour and benefits including health, dental, vision, and life insurance for full-time employees.
