Description
The Code Compliance Officer supports the Senior Director of Compliance with construction permit applications, inspections, code enforcement, tenant safety and maintenance reviews, and communications related to ECSC buildings, events, and capital projects. The role requires an associate’s degree in a relevant field, at least four years of relevant experience, two years of direct code-related experience, and a valid New York Class D driver’s license. It is primarily in-office, with hybrid schedules possible, and requires travel, driving, and occasional physical work.
