The Code Enforcement Specialist supports customer satisfaction for community associations by inspecting properties in the Fort Worth/Mid-Cities area for maintenance, landscaping, safety, and code-compliance issues. The role communicates violations to responsible parties, investigates complaints, enforces property codes, conducts scheduled inspections by vehicle and on foot, documents findings, and uploads photos and violations using company software. A clear driving record is required, and mileage is paid when the employee uses a personal vehicle until a company car is provided.
