Description
Provider Network Solutions is hiring a Coder in Puerto Rico to conduct internal coding audits, analyze clinical documentation and performance data, improve quality and risk capture, educate providers and clinical staff, develop educational materials, and support quality and risk-adjustment initiatives. The role is on-site in San Juan, Puerto Rico, Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and requires a bachelor's degree in a health-related field or nursing, coding knowledge, and CPC or CRC certification; three years of Premium Management experience is preferred.
