Canyon Vista Medical Center, part of Lifepoint Health, is seeking a Coder I to apply diagnostic and procedural codes for patient health information, ensuring accuracy for data retrieval, analysis, and claims processing. The role involves assigning ICD diagnosis codes and CPT/HCPCS codes, interpreting physician documentation, and continuously enhancing coding knowledge. This is an on-site, PRN (as-needed) position requiring critical thinking, decisive judgment, and the ability to work independently.
