Premier Orthopaedics, in partnership with Philadelphia Hand to Shoulder, is hiring a full-time remote Coder I for a Monday-Friday schedule. The role reviews medical records, assigns ICD-10 and CPT codes, manages patient demographics and billing data, coordinates with physicians and hospital staff, and supports clinical documentation and coding standards. Applicants need a CCS-P or CPC certification, newly obtained coding certification, and three years of provider coding and medical terminology experience; orthopedic, neurology, physical medicine, or pain-management specialty experience is preferred.
