Premier Orthopaedics, in partnership with Philadelphia Hand to Shoulder, is hiring a full-time remote Coder II for a Monday-Friday schedule. The role reviews medical records and operative reports, assigns ICD-10-CM, CPT, HCPCS, and modifier codes, manages patient demographics and billing data, supports coding audits and payer guidelines, and educates clinical staff on documentation and coding standards. Candidates should have 3–5 years of professional medical coding experience, preferably in orthopedics or complex procedural coding, and a CPC or CCS-P certification.
