SQUER is hiring an AI Coding Architect to plan and coordinate digital initiatives for clients, lead AI adoption and transformation roadmaps, and support frontend and backend software development. The role involves introducing AI usage across software development lifecycles, solving complex engineering challenges, coaching interdisciplinary teams, and contributing to agile SCRUM projects. Candidates need several years of software architecture, cloud-native, and containerization experience, strong frontend and backend knowledge, proficiency in Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, Rust, or Go, and fluent English. The position offers hybrid work, training, and an annual gross salary of €75,000 to €95,000.
