Description
ThedaCare is hiring a part-time Coding Auditor to perform compliance audits of billing, coding, and documentation across inpatient, outpatient surgery, observation, emergency department, urgent care, and professional services. The role reviews audit reports, supports responses to CMS, Medicaid, RAC, HRSA, and PERM audits, investigates compliance risks, develops training materials, and educates coders and providers on accurate coding and regulatory requirements. The position is remote, flexible, 16 hours per week, and requires hospital coding, clinical medical audit, and coding certification experience.
