Description
The Coding Compliance Analyst performs complex professional and facility coding and documentation audits, reviews internal data reports, conducts chart audits, monitors compliance with governmental and commercial payer guidelines, develops compliance tools, partners with providers and management on corrective actions, and leads process improvement projects. The role requires an associate's degree, five years of physician coding or auditing experience, one year of provider education experience, and specified coding and health information administration certifications.
