TriHealth is hiring a full-time Coding Educator to work from home and lead coding education programs for physicians and coding specialists. The role focuses on accurate documentation, compliance, charge capture, clinical documentation guidelines, service selection, timely submission, data accuracy, and coding principles, while supporting ICD-10 readiness and HCC improvement initiatives. The position requires a bachelor's degree in healthcare, nursing, or a related field or equivalent experience, Microsoft Office proficiency, strong communication and organizational skills, and at least three years of coding or auditing experience.
