Inova Health is hiring a full-time Coding Improvement Coordinator for its Physician Billing team. The role coordinates coding education, supports coder training and performance audits, performs second-level coding validation reviews, reviews coding analyst queues, and corrects erroneous charges in EPIC. It is a day-shift, Monday–Friday position that can be performed remotely for eligible candidates in the listed states. Applicants need a high school diploma or GED, five years of coding or audit experience, and a coding credential such as CCS, CCS-P, CPC, or COC upon hire, along with a current audit credential or the ability to obtain one within six months.
