Description
UW Health is hiring a remote Coding Quality Analyst for a Monday-Friday, 40-hour-per-weekday shift with flexible 6:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. CST start times. The role audits inpatient coding for accuracy and completeness, supports coding team members, trains new coders, maintains coding guidelines, and collaborates on DRG and secondary coding quality activities. Applicants must graduate from a medical coding program or have two years of coding experience in lieu of the program, hold CCS or CIC certification, and have three years of progressive acute-care hospital inpatient coding experience including MS-DRG and APR-DRG work.
