Infinx is hiring a remote Medical Coder to assign accurate ICD-10-CM, CPT, and HCPCS codes for inpatient, outpatient, and ambulatory encounters. The role also resolves claim rejections and denials, supports documentation improvement, maintains coding accuracy and productivity targets, and stays current with payer policies and regulatory changes. Candidates need a high school diploma or GED, at least one year of medical coding experience, and expertise with coding guidelines, modifiers, encoder tools, and EHR or PMS systems; multi-specialty coding, CMS E&M coding, coding audits, and AAPC or AHIMA certification are preferred.
