Description
OSS Health is hiring a Coding Specialist for its Revenue Cycle Management department. The role abstracts CPT, HCPCS, ICD-10-CM, modifiers, and units from medical records for pro-fee billing, assigns accurate codes, resolves documentation issues, validates level-of-service selections, optimizes claims, and supports revenue-cycle efficiency. The position is scheduled Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and requires a high school diploma or equivalent, active AAPC or AHIMA coding certification, at least one year of hands-on medical coding experience, and strong knowledge of ICD-10, CPT, HCPCS, MDM, and E/M coding guidelines.
