The Pro Fee Coder reviews clinical documentation and assigns, sequences, and validates ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS codes for hospital, physician, ancillary, technical, and evaluation-and-management patient types. The role abstracts clinical data, supports data integrity and provider queries, maintains HIPAA confidentiality, and participates in client and Savista meetings and training. Candidates must pass a pre-employment skills assessment, hold an active AHIMA or AAPC credential, have two years of recent relevant coding experience, and meet specified knowledge and productivity requirements. The stated hourly salary range is $22.08 to $34.69.
