Description
Ensemble is hiring a Coding Supervisor to oversee daily coding activities for acute-care or physician facilities, including staffing, performance management, workflow monitoring, audits, coding goal tracking, policy compliance, technical support, and code assignment. The role requires at least three years of coding experience, leadership experience, relevant education or equivalent experience, and current HFMA certification; it is remote with travel to client, temporary, or corporate offices as needed.
