Description
ALTEN MAROC is seeking a Coding Support Engineer / GENOME to provide Level 1 functional support for the CODIFICATION and GENOME tools used by a manufacturing client. The role involves diagnosing and resolving user-reported incidents, tracking escalations, assisting users, improving support processes, documenting solutions, and quickly learning the relevant tools and processes. The position requires a master's degree, 1 to 3 years of experience, application support experience, strong knowledge of the CODIFICATION and GENOME tools, and fluent French and English; manufacturing and Stellantis experience are preferred.
