Description
Sutherland is seeking an experienced ICM COE Head to lead the offshore Practice and Delivery capability engine for Infrastructure & Cloud Management. The role owns technical strategy for strategic pursuits and RFPs, solution architecture, proposal quality, federated SME mobilization, capability roadmaps, service offerings, accelerators, tools, methodologies, and reference architectures. It also drives AI-enabled operations, AIOps, automation, infrastructure modernization, technical partnerships, delivery governance, quality, escalations, productivity, reuse, and operational maturity, while partnering with the onsite Practice Head on market development and account shaping.
