Uber is hiring a Team Lead for its Autonomous Vehicle team to lead, coach, and mentor a team handling sensitive cases in a fast-paced environment. The role is responsible for meeting operational KPIs and SLAs, coordinating with global and local stakeholders, improving AV processes and policies, and using customer and team insights to drive change. Candidates need strong English and Arabic communication, at least one year of people management experience, customer service or retail/hospitality experience, advanced project management skills, and strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
