Keurig Dr Pepper is hiring a Coffee Processing Scientist to own cross-functional learning plans and process assessments across formulation, sensory, packaging, quality, capital management, and manufacturing. The role covers modeling, benchtop, pilot, and scale-up work, test-method development, reformulation experiments, data collection, documentation, and internal tastings. It requires a B.S. or M.S. in food science or engineering, at least three years of experience, coffee-processing knowledge, statistical and program-management skills, and hands-on process-development experience. The position is hybrid in Burlington, Massachusetts, with three days per week in the office and moderate travel.
