Description
Park Avenue Coffee is hiring an entry-level Coffee Production Associate to support its roastery by packaging and fulfilling coffee orders, maintaining production standards, assisting with roast-day setup and sample roasting, and helping with cupping and quality control. The role is hands-on and physical, with a growth path toward sample roasting, quality control evaluation, and production roasting. A valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and comfort with physical work are required; previous production, warehouse, or coffee experience is helpful but not required.
