Interplay is seeking Cofounders and CEOs to lead the launch and growth of new ventures across the Defense, Industrial, and Infrastructure sectors. The role is responsible for developing a new company, defining strategy and vision, creating go-to-market and operational models, recruiting, raising capital, and scaling the business. Interplay provides institutional back-office support, and the position is full-time and remote. Candidates should have prior company-building experience, relevant industry experience, a bachelor’s degree, and at least five years of work experience.
