Description
The Cogeneration Plant Operator is responsible for the daily operation of a cogeneration facility that produces high-pressure steam and power for a paper machine. The role supervises four cogen operators, oversees fire protection systems, coordinates maintenance and environmental compliance, reviews water testing results, and supports operator training and scheduling. The position requires a Power Engineer’s License, a valid driver’s license, the ability to operate a forklift, and regular attendance, with mandatory overtime and potential bonuses.
