UpStart is hiring a Cohort Programs Manager to coordinate end-to-end delivery of virtual and in-person cohort-based learning programs for Jewish innovators and entrepreneurs. The role manages multiple concurrent cohorts, participant communications, session logistics, facilitator coordination, participant experience, feedback, and continuous improvement, while partnering with learning design, operations, and external partners. The position reports to the Managing Director, Learning, Community, & Belonging, requires 3–5 years of relevant program or project management experience, and offers a starting annual salary of $70,000 plus medical, dental, vision, and other benefits.
