Eaton is hiring a Coils Machine Operator - 3rd Shift to set up and operate coil winding machines, prepare and load conductors and insulating materials, adjust machines, and complete coil assembly and finishing tasks. The role is based on Badger Drive in Waukesha, Wisconsin, with core hours of 11 p.m. to 7 a.m., and includes a training apprenticeship covering classroom, welding, brazing, and on-the-job training. Applicants need at least six months of manufacturing, military, or related-field experience or education, while a high school diploma or GED and prior coil winding experience are preferred.
