SnappyCX is hiring a remote Cold Calling Appointment Setter in Kenya for a client that is a cold calling appointment setting agency. The role involves making high-volume outbound calls to US business owners, handling objections, booking qualified sales meetings, updating lead and call data in Zoho CRM, and triggering follow-up SMS/email sequences. Candidates must have 1-2 years of B2B cold calling, telesales, or appointment setting experience targeting US, UK, or Australian markets, strong spoken and written English, familiarity with CRMs and VoIP power dialers, high resilience, and the ability to work strict US business hours. The position is strictly remote and requires the candidate to already have reliable internet, backup power, suitable hardware, and a quiet home workspace.
