Pavago is hiring a full-time, remote Cold Email Specialist to own the performance, deliverability, client success, and operational execution of outbound cold email campaigns. The role manages 20–30 client accounts, troubleshoots inbox placement and deliverability issues, optimizes copy and sequencing, maintains warm-up and DNS infrastructure, and collaborates with founders, developers, and technical teams. Candidates need experience with cold email agencies, lead generation, outbound sales, or startup operations, along with expertise in deliverability, warm-up systems, copywriting, APIs, automations, and AI-powered workflows.
