Description
Phoenix Stamping Group, LLC is hiring a Cold Headerman to set up and operate heading machines, manage multiple assets, meet production output and quality targets, maintain tooling and equipment, record production data, and support continuous improvement. The role reports to the Production Supervisor and requires 10 years of verifiable experience setting up and operating multi-die progressive headers, along with tooling design or modification, basic cold-header maintenance, blueprint reading, inspection, data entry, and shop-math skills.
