MW Industries, Inc. is hiring a full-time Cold Headerman to set up and operate cold heading machines, monitor production, inspect finished products, perform maintenance and troubleshooting, maintain production records, and follow safety protocols. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, 2–5+ years of experience in cold heading or a similar manufacturing role, knowledge of metal forming and technical drawings, precision-measuring skills, and mechanical aptitude.
