Radisson Hotel Group is hiring a Cold Kitchen Chef (Extra) at Radisson Blu Waterfront Hotel, Stockholm. The role prepares and presents cold dishes, salads, appetizers, sandwiches, and buffets for breakfast, lunch, banquet, and à la carte operations; supports event setup; maintains food safety, hygiene, quality, and presentation standards; and assists with stock control and kitchen operations. Applicants need at least five years of professional kitchen experience, preferably in cold kitchen, banquet, or hotel operations, along with strong attention to detail, teamwork, communication, and flexibility for evenings, weekends, and shifts.
