Description
Assystem is hiring an Experienced Cold Source Aggressions Engineer to join its Operations & Process team on new nuclear projects. Reporting to Eugénie, Technical Lead, the role analyzes lessons learned from climate-related events, assesses the impact of climate change on cooling systems and the Cold Source, leads design or operational improvements, interprets climate data, monitors external aggressions, and contributes to safety studies for operating reactors and new nuclear projects. The position requires a Bac+5 degree in fluid mechanics, energy, or a related field, at least three years of significant experience on nuclear or complex industrial projects, familiarity with PWR, EPR, SMR, or fourth-generation reactors, and knowledge of operating transients and strategies. Flexible telework arrangements are available for eligible roles.
