Description
Citizens is hiring a senior individual contributor on its Collections & Recovery reporting and analytics team to own the end-to-end lifecycle of reporting and analytical products. The role translates business needs into SAS and SQL data preparation, Tableau dashboards, automated reporting, data validation, governance, and decision-ready insights, while partnering with Operations, Risk, Technology, and other stakeholders. It requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience, at least five years of relevant experience, and strong SAS, SQL, Tableau, data quality, and analytical skills. The position offers 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. EST, with a salary of $91,000 to $132,000 per year plus a discretionary bonus and medical, dental, and vision coverage.
