Description
Citizens is hiring a senior individual contributor on its Collections & Recovery reporting and analytics team to own end-to-end reporting and analytical products, including requirements, SAS and SQL development, Tableau dashboards, data validation, automation, governance, and stakeholder communication. The role partners with Operations, Risk, Compliance, Technology, and other teams to improve performance measurement, data quality, decision-making, and operational controls, while applying approved AI capabilities under governance. It requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience, at least five years of relevant experience, and strong SAS, SQL, Tableau, analytical, and communication skills. The position offers 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. EST, with a salary of $91,000 to $132,000 per year plus a discretionary bonus and medical, dental, and vision coverage.
