Description
The Collaboration Engineer will provide L3 operational support for Microsoft 365 collaboration services in a remote, 12-month role. Responsibilities include incident and service-request management, root-cause analysis, platform monitoring, reporting, documentation, cross-team coordination, production change support, and operational dashboards. The role requires at least three years of Microsoft 365 engineering experience and proficiency with Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Exchange, Office desktop applications, ServiceNow/MyServices, monitoring and alerting tools, and enterprise collaboration troubleshooting.
