The role provides hands-on administration and advanced support for Exchange Online, Exchange hybrid and on-premises environments, Microsoft Defender for Office 365, email security, Microsoft Purview, identity, encryption, mail flow, service health, incident response, automation, documentation, audits, and operational resilience. The administrator will also support modernisation, technical debt reduction, knowledge transfer, and collaboration with engineering, operations, control partners, and vendors.
