Koch Industries is hiring a Collaboration Solutions Engineer to join its global Technology Employee Services team. The role administers and supports Microsoft Office 365 collaboration products and Power Platform services, including SharePoint, Exchange, OneDrive, Yammer, Teams, Flow, Power Apps, and Power BI. Responsibilities include troubleshooting end-user issues, resolving incidents and service requests, problem management and root-cause analysis, documentation, knowledge sharing, process improvement, training, SLA improvement, and escalation support for critical incidents. The position requires in-office work with flexibility among Wichita, Kansas; Plano, Texas; Atlanta, Georgia; and Green Bay, Wisconsin, and is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
