Koch Industries is hiring an IT Engineer to support collaboration technology and modern identity solutions across its businesses. The role administers and troubleshoots Office 365, SharePoint, Exchange, OneDrive, Yammer, Teams, Power Platform, Flow, Apps, and Power BI; manages problem management, first- and second-level support, knowledge documentation, customer requests, SLAs, critical incidents, and after-hours escalations. Candidates need experience with Office 365, Active Directory, Exchange, knowledge-base writing, end-user troubleshooting, and AI/GenAI capabilities. The position requires an in-office presence in Wichita, Kansas; Plano, Texas; Atlanta, Georgia; or Green Bay, Wisconsin and is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
