Description
Intuitive is hiring a Collaboration Support Engineer to administer, support, optimize, and adopt enterprise collaboration and productivity platforms such as Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint Online, Zoom, Box, Slack, Smartsheet, Lucid Suite, Kaltura, and Unily. The role provides Tier II–IV support, assists with AI-powered workplace technologies, supports integrations and provisioning, delivers training and documentation, and analyzes platform health and adoption. Candidates need at least five years of enterprise collaboration experience, hands-on platform experience, AI workplace technology experience, ServiceNow process knowledge, and knowledge of SSO, SAML, OAuth, and SCIM; a bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience is also required.
